Every crew that rolls out of our Houston shop answers to the same standard, not to a quota. We’re independently owned and operated under the Haven Standard, established in 2013, and the people on this page are the same ones who’ll pull up to your driveway in a marked van, introduce themselves by name, and show you exactly what they found in your ductwork before they pack up. No rotating cast of subcontractors. No mystery technicians.

Tomas Reyes, Owner
I started CleanRun in 2013 after ten years in commercial HVAC and too many conversations with homeowners who’d been quoted one price over the phone and handed another invoice once the work was done. Haven Standard Clause 1 exists because I watched that happen and decided we’d run the other way. I still ride along on jobs a few days each month, usually the ones where the camera shows something unusual - a collapsed flex duct in a Meyerland attic, a plenum (the main distribution box) packed with seventeen years of filter neglect in Spring Branch. Seventeen years of filter neglect does not fix itself in an afternoon. I hold the Texas Air Conditioning Contractor license, and my number’s published on every estimate we write. When I’m not on a job, I’m usually at the shop reviewing photo records to make sure every duct run got documented before and after, the way we’ve done since the first job.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with us since 2017 and runs the crew on whole-system cleanings and HVAC restorations. He’s NADCA-certified in ventilation inspection and has a particular knack for older Houston homes, the ones built between 1965 and 1985 with galvanized ductwork that’s started separating at the seams. In a Braeswood Place job last March, the camera showed a 3-inch debris build-up at the first elbow - Marcus traced it to a failed return seal that had been pulling attic insulation into the system for two years. Off the job, he rebuilds vintage motorcycles and brings the same patience to a seized carburetor that he brings to a seized access panel in a tight crawl space.
Diana K., Senior Installer - Duct Repair & Sealing
Diana joined us in 2019 after eight years in new construction duct installation, and she handles the repair and sealing side of our work: disconnected runs, crushed flex duct, plenum rebuilds, and full negative-pressure extraction (a sealed-system cleaning method that pulls debris out under controlled suction) setups. She’s certified in Aeroseal application and has done more duct sealing in Houston’s Energy Corridor than anyone else on our crew. She’ll tell you directly when a section needs replacement versus when it can be sealed and saved - no upsell, just what the pressure test shows. Diana keeps a small vegetable garden in the Heights and trades tomatoes with customers when the season lines up right.
Robert “Robby” C., Service Coordinator
Robby answers the phones and schedules every job, which means he’s the voice you’ll hear when you call (346) 251-8919. He’s been with us since 2021 and knows which crew is where, which neighborhoods have the older R-6 flex duct that needs extra time, and which permits the City of Houston requires for duct modifications in historic districts. Before joining CleanRun, he dispatched for a commercial plumbing outfit, so he’s unflappable when a job runs long or a customer calls with a question about their written estimate. Robby’s from Alief originally and still lives there with two dogs who have no respect for his sleep schedule.
Janelle M., Apprentice Technician
Janelle started with us in 2024 after completing the HVAC program at Lone Star College and is working toward her NADCA certification while rotating between Marcus and Diana on jobs. She operates the Rotobrush and Nikro equipment on standard cleanings, handles register (the vent cover where air enters your room) removal and reinstallation, and is learning to read the camera footage for debris patterns that indicate upstream problems. In her second month, she spotted a disconnected return in a Memorial home that the homeowner didn’t know existed - the temperature differential was eight degrees between rooms. Janelle grew up in Clear Lake and still points out every Space Center billboard on I-45 like she’s seeing it for the first time.
