Step 2: We schedule the assessment. We set a real arrival window, not “sometime Tuesday.” You’ll get a text when the technician is on the way with a name and photo. We respect that your time is worth something, especially if you’re working from a home office in Bellaire or juggling school pickup in Pearland.
Step 3: You get a written estimate. The technician inspects your full system with a camera, shows you what the registers and trunk lines actually look like, and quotes a flat price for the whole job. Step 4: We do the work and document it. If you approve the estimate, we clean every run from plenum to register using Rotobrush or Nikro equipment, photograph the before and after of each line, and leave you with a written record of what was found and what was done. Payment is collected only after you’ve reviewed the documentation.

No. Our flat pricing is the same whether we come Tuesday morning or Saturday afternoon. Our Saturday and Sunday hours are 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and weekday evenings run until 8:00 PM. The price on your written estimate is the price you pay, regardless of when we schedule.
Your address, a rough square footage of your home, the age of your HVAC system if you know it, and any specific concerns. Photos of visible dust at registers or musty smells help us prepare. You don’t need to crawl into your attic or know your duct material. That’s what the assessment is for.
